Convention Members Pack Meals to Fight Hunger—You Can Help Too!

Feb 01, 2019

The National Convention will include a large fraternal service project of packing meals at the conclusion of the Convention on Friday. Due to the success of the program, we have decided to again partner with Kids Against Hunger. Western will get to distribute the packaged food to give to food pantries and soup kitchens in Green Bay, WI. The Kids Against Hunger mission is to significantly reduce the number of hungry children in the USA and to feed starving children throughout the world.

How Can You Help?

We need financial contributions to help pay for the meals. The project will cost an estimated $12,000, which must be fundraised to package an estimated 50,000 meals. Western Fraternal Life is requesting lodge and individual donations for this service project. The Home Office will match donations. If you or your lodge would like to donate, you will be recognized at the Convention and in the Fraternal Herald.
