September 2018

On September 16, we held our meeting. With help from the community, yellow ribbons were put up for our veteran’s charity.

A benefit for Deb Scheurer was on September 30 at the Pinecrest Supper Club.

Our sympathy goes to the family of Pat Gotz.

We will have a meeting on December 16.

August 2018

Members worked with Pittsville Historical Society to make 3,000 bows for Vietnam veterans. The bows will be put up on Highland poles throughout the area towns on September 22. A special celebration will be done at the high grounds in Neillsville, WI to honor them. 

June 2018

Members had a summer picnic on a beautiful day. The kids had a lot of fun.

We had a meeting and talked about a donation we made to a fundraiser for a child in Pittsville with a blood disorder and a women's abuse center in Wisconsin Rapids.

Our next meetings are September 16, October 14, and November 11.

May 2018

Member held a meeting on May 20 and talked about summer events. Our treasurer is in the hospital.

We have four 50-year members to invite to our summer picnic.

Members closed the meeting and went to the hospital to visit our treasurer.

Upcoming events are July 15 summer picnic, August 19, and September 16 meeting.

April 2018

Members met on April 25 at City Point Pinecrest Supper Club. We had our Easter party with an Easter egg hunt for the kids.

One of our members is in the hospital.

We did a basket for the Pittsville Fire Department steak feed fundraiser on April 4 to purchase a Lucas Chest Compression System. We collected food for Pittsville food Pantry.

Upcoming meetings are July 15 summer picnic, August 19, and September 16.

January 2018

We held a meeting at Pine Crest Supper Club. Some of our members helped the Historical Society on January 28 with their soup and sandwich lunch. Members donated to the City Point Fire Dept.

Upcoming meetings are May 20, June 10, and the July 15 summer picnic.

January 2018

We held our first meeting of the New Year on January 14. Members will make a list of things to do and our donation in the next few month for 2018.

Upcoming meetings are March 25, April 22, and May 20.

December 2017

Members met December 10 at City Point Pinecrest Supper Club in Pittsville, WI. We held our Christmas party and had a great turn out.

Members collected food for the Pittsville food pantry and made a monetary donation to the Pittsville Fire Department and to the Marshfield Pet Shelter.

Upcoming meetings are February 11, March 25, and April 22.

September 2017

Members met September 10 at Pinecrest Super Club in Pittsville, WI. We collected items for the Marshfield Animal Shelter.

Members had a fundraiser on September 17 at Pinecrest for the kids going on a trip to New York. We have three members going.

We are giving money to the scholarship fund. Our next meeting at Rice Lake is on November 12. A meeting is also scheduled for December 10 with a food pantry collection.

July 2017

On July 16, we had a picnic lunch and meeting. We collected items for the area pet shelter in Marshfield. Marian Genteman was at the picnic and was presented a cake and pin for being a 75-year member. The kids played games and we closed the meeting to play Bingo.

We held a benefit on June 11 with great success.

February 2017

The day started with our potluck lunch, then we had our meeting.
Discussion took place about the District Meeting we will have in April. We also discussed the benefit we are having in June.

December 2016

Members had a Christmas party, potluck, and meeting.
We will have a benefit on June 11 for a member.
After the meeting, Santa came for the children and Bingo was played.

Members met on September 11 and had a potluck before the meeting. We held a moment of silence for a deceased member.

Discussion was held about a bake sale we plan to have this fall for our members, and a benefit in the spring.

Our June 5 meeting was started with a delicious potluck and called to order at 12:45 p.m. with roll call and the pledge.

We discussed the summer picnic in July and talked about another event coming up. We closed the meeting and played Bingo.

We started our day with a potluck. Afterward, we held our May meeting to discuss our summer events. Members also discussed the new point system.

Our summer picnic is in July.

We closed and played Bingo.

Members started our Easter meeting on March 20 with a delicious potluck. We had an Easter goodie bag for all the children, then we had our meeting to discuss upcoming events.

We closed the meeting and played Bingo.
