Members met at Tradewinds Restaurant on October 13. Delores Erickson and Evelyn Koutnik gave reports on the State Meeting. Judy Witak turned in a donation slip. Delores Erickson and Walt Gruszynski turned in pictures.
Members were asked to bring old glasses and hearing aids for the Lions Club at our next meeting. Venna Dreshek will bring a pattern to our next meeting for a new project.
Members met at Tradewinds Restaurant on November 10. Veterans were recognized.
Venna Dreshek brought a pattern to make hats out of fleece for cancer patients. Members brought old glasses, hearing aids, and batteries to be donated to the Lions Club. Venna also reported that 80 fleece blankets were given to local hospitals for cancer patients.
The National Convention was discussed.
An election of officers was held with the following results: President Delores Erickson, Secretary Walter Gruszynski, and Treasurer Evelyn Koutnik.
A Christmas party was discussed. Members were asked to bring wrapped prizes.
Donations were made to MXM, Coleman, and Wausaukee Rescue Squads, Love Lit Tree, Barb Palzae Cancer Fund, and the Scholarship Fund. Volunteer slips were turned in by Judy Witak and Evelyn Koutnik.
We met on September 8 at the Tradewinds Restaurant in Marinette. Jim, who hadn’t been to a meeting in a long time, was welcomed back. Members bought cookies for our local fire department. Can tabs were brought in to be donated to a local young man. We also bought prizes for the State Meeting.

Members met on August 11 at Tradewinds Restaurant in Marinette. There was a surprise visit by Agent Randy Kolarik.
Carole Zuraski turned in a donation slip. Members were informed about the Photo Contest.
Delores Erickson brought in her project of bears she made. They were donated to a pediatric unit at the local hospital.
Members were reminded to bring prizes for State Convention. A new project will be done at the next meeting.

We have an ongoing project of collecting can tabs and giving them to a mentally challenged young man.
Two or three members will attend the State Meeting.
Members met on May 12 at the Tradewinds Restaurant in Marinette. We voted and accepted three new members who transferred from a different lodge.
We donated money to Talih Powell, a member affected by the hurricane in Houston.

Our District Meeting was combined with this meeting. Director Brenda Vrieze reported on the changes to the scholarship procedures. She also talked about the Advisory Committee meeting.
Discussion was held on various ways members can be involved in activities and Join Hands Day. Delores brought a sample of a project we will do in July.
A motion was carried that members would pay for their meal at meetings.

Mary Gruszynski received a nice phone call in reply to her welcome letter to the three members who transferred to our lodge. They are planning to attend a future meeting.

A raffle was held for the scholarship fund, and money earned.
State Meeting forms were given to interested members.

Donation slips were turned in by Delores Erickson and Judy Witak. A referral was turned in by Delores Erickson. We will collect cans and tabs for a disabled man who uses the money to help others.
A Christmas party followed with a game being played.

A donation was made to the scholarship fund and to Peter Geniesse and Nancy Morin for medical needs. Evelyn Koutnik and Mary and Walt Gruszynski went to a homeless shelter with donations.

We discussed the WI/Upper MI State Convention and two members will attend. We were asked to bring prizes for the scholarship fund for the State Convention.
The May 13 meeting was held at Tradewinds Restaurant in Marinette. Thank-you notes were read from Barb Palgey, Rainbow House, Bay Cliff, Criretz Food Pantry, and St. Vincent Food Pantry. A card was signed for a member who can no longer attend meetings. A donation was made to each Wausablee, Coleman, and M&M Rescue Squads. Additional donations were made to Jacob Colalu and Oscar Johnson. Delores Erickson turned in a donation slip. A Christmas party was held.
