Welcome to wfla
Western Fraternal Life
Association was established in 1897 as
a Czech fraternal benefit society, providing its
members burial insurance, social and ethnic
activities, and a means of preserving Czech
heritage. Lodges were formed throughout the
Midwest and members attended meetings and special
events. Today the membership is open to those who are supportive
of the purpose of the Association. When an
individual becomes a member of the Association, they are eligible
for fraternal benefits. The Association offers its
members a wide range of insurance and annuity products to meet the
needs of a complex society. Some of the fraternal benefits the Association
offers include Lodge Participation, Orphan's Income
and Education Benefits, Emergency Medical Card,
Child Identification Kit, Earth Care Projects,
Volunteer Services, Matching Funds Program, the Fraternal
Herald monthly magazine, National Charitable
Projects, Contests For Adults, Youth Programs,
and both Lodge and National Scholarships. New
benefits and projects are continually being
explored and developed, which will benefit members
and their communities.
